Thanks to cheaper technology, better writing, and better shooting, Hollywood is now taking a serious notice of web series. Just take a look at "Broad City", "Drunk History" and "High Maintenance", they got started as a web series and now they are on cable TV. And the list is only growing!?
My friend Joe Davola, the executive producer of the network shows "Smallville" & "One Tree Hill" recently stated he feels that "The internet is the new cable". And I feel he's right on the money!
