It's Youth Motivation Week!

Join me as I feature Derschaun Sharpley the president and founder of Helping Individuals Succeed (H.I.S.) located in Detroit, Michigan www.hisagency.org. It is their mission to inspire and empower youth ages 8-18 through character development, leadership skills and etiquette training. Their programs are fun and interactive and designed to teach students the benefits of respectful behavior, leadership skills and a knowledge of correct dining etiquette. The curriculum varies by age group and can be customized by the parents or organizations. They also focus on developing positive character in the lives of inner city youth and strengthening families, H.I.S. launched in August 2004.
