This attitude of a second class veteran is Bull *#%^, Congress authorized the secertary of defense to issue a Cold War Victory Medal instead they hand out a certificate to all federal employee's. Today they issue the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, The Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, The Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, and the National Defense Medal.
