Studies show that what we consume not only impacts our physical health, but also our mental health, personalities and attitudes. It impacts our sexual drive and performance, our motivation and our ability to concentrate.
The food we eat is based on many things, to include our race, national origion, culrure, geographic location and also how we were reared and the education we have received. Who eats the best and worst? Who is the healthiest and who is the least healthy? What should we be eating and are there certain foods that we can eat to benefit certain illnesses or to achieve certain goals?
