Black Oppression or Slave Mentality; What do you think?

Is there a mass conspiracy by Caucasian Americans to hold Black People down? Are the problems that Black People and other minorities face in this country the result of an organized oppression and is any Civil Rights Success over the last half century simply an illussion created to passify Black People into submission? Are the majority of Black People unaware of where they come from, what their heritage is and who they are? Have Back People in America been slowly indoctrinated into a European Religion (Christianity) and are they mindlessly following a White God, who doesn't exist? Do Black Americans need to wake up, embrace their true history and culture and work toward unification in strenght, against the White Man's Oppression? Are the Black Panthers the answer?
