Martin Luther King Jr. Day... Has the dream been achieved?

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our nations first Black President will be inaugurated for a second term. What does this mean? What should it mean? Has the dream been achieved? If so, what next and if not, why not and how do we proceed from here? What should be on President Obama's 'To do list' for his second term and what should be on ours, as regular, everyday people?

These are important questions and opinions will vary. Be sure that yours is heard. The person who is silent about injustice, inequality and possible solutions, is just as guilty as the perpetrators of injustice, inequality and those responsible for not inacting viable solutions.
