AKATHA (ae'kuh tuh) is the original aetiological teaching of the Out-of-Body Experience (OBE) called "Sahaji" in Higher Sanskrit. We teach Sahaji so the individual Soul, the LIght & Sound current essence of the human, can travel back to God properly. The technique for this movement or journey to God is a daily 30 minute meditation-like practice that we specifically and most importantly call "Contemplation." In Contemplation, we use the "HU Chant" that allows Soul to leave and return safely to the physical body after experiencing Sahaji. Recognition of Sound Current experience and Sahaji are fundamental on the path of AKATHA. AKATHA is not religion or a new age teaching, but instead teaches the method for Sahaji resulting in a peaceful contented outer life.
