Connecting with nature can lead you to your spiritual self more quickly than meditation.  How to connect with nature can be as elaborate as a two week trek in the  wilderness or as simple as walking through a park. If you are homebound possibly move a chair to your back porch and move outside, close your eyes and listen to what nature has to say.  Even if you live in a busy metropolitan region connecting with the outside air and sky is brilliant for your spirit.

  • Children develop unfounded fears of the natrual enviroment when they have little contact
  • TV & other media screen time has reduced the amount of time children spend outdoors
  • Too much time indoors can lead to vitamin D deficiencies, which can lead torisk factors for rickets, cardiovascular diseases, and or cancer/autoimmune issues

  • Nature time elicits great observation and creativity skills
  • Time spent in nature with nurturing adults helps children develop stronger learning skills
  • The earlier the time spent in nature, observing,playing etc helps children develop lifelong learning skills and understandings about the world in which they live
  • Time in nature helps reduce stress and the impact stress has on both children and adults
  • Helps aleviate Mental Health imbalances
  • It increases positive feelings for others
  • It increases coordinating agility skills
