Most people encounter something in life that initially causes them fear and we're always told to confront it, but how do we do it if the fear is overwhelming?
Just like any other situation where we need to build something of substance we need to take steps, small at first until we create a foundation to lean on. Taking just one step towards your fear puts you on the path to overcoming it.
The first step can be as simple as writing the pros and cons of allowing the fear to rule your life and the pros and cons of you being in control of your life and eliminating that fear.
Your first step may simply be seeking ways to deal with your fear. Whatever your first step be sure to commend yourself for taking it. It really only takes a step to prove you will not be controlled by fear.
