    Getting Sexy...Staying Sexy

    Getting sexy is hard, Staying sexy is actually pretty easy- IF you keep your head! So many times I have seen people get a program that works for them, work it to perfection, get the results they want- Then jump off the wagon- go back to their old ways and end up right where they started. I liken it to an alcoholic just wanting....one....little....drink.

    So how do you stop yourself from falling victim to the yo yo?

    1- Know your triggers. Know what you can't say no to, and what you can't stop eating when you have started and AVOID those things! Alcoholics don't go to bars, you don't go to Krispy Kreme!

    2. Have back-up. Have people you know and trust be your gentle reminder that while one slice of pizza is fine, 6 isn't in your best interest. Do not pick anyone you will resent deeply for saying such a thing, or someone who will unnaturally enjoy the job- It will only complicate matters.

    3. Make an appointment. So you really want so Chubby Hubby  ice cream. Like BAD. Okay, so have some-Next Tuesday, at lunch. Why next Tuesday? Well if you are emotional eating, chances are by next Tuesday that emotion will have passed. Why at lunch? Less chance you are sitting on the couch in front of the TV with a spoon and a pint. :)
