Social media has increasingly become an integral aspect of most people’s daily lives.  However, the rise of social media has also created legal concerns, especially in the workplace. Join Legalocity host Jacqueline Crosby, Esq. and social media expert Kristen Marquis, Esq.’s discussion on social media in the workplace to learn about the legal issues related to social media that both employers and employees should be aware of.

Kristen Marquis, Esq. received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University’s School of Law and is currently a California licensed attorney as well as founder of WebPresence,Esq., which assists law firms with their social media strategy.  Kristen’s passion for, and knowledge of, Social Media began in law school, when she maintained the blog and website for a large Los Angeles law firm, posting blogs seven times a week and watching the firm fill up Google search result pages, thanks to her search engine optimized and key word targeted posts.
