How Your Business Should Deal with Distributors

    in Legal

There are numerous ways in which manufacturers or owners of a product or service arrange to have it sold to the public or wholesalers further down the line of distribution. But by far the most common method is to utilize "distributors" who normally are independent entities who seek sales, pay their own expenses of business, and either buy the product for resale at a markup, or simply process orders. Are you familiar with distributor agreements and whether distributors are applicable to your business model?

A California Superior Court jury has ordered the San Diego Unified School District to pay $1.25 million to a former student who, after her bathroom break request was denied, was forced to pee in a bucket. The incident occurred at the Patrick Henry High School on Feb. 22, 2012. The school district denied the student's initial claim seeking $25,000 but the California jury voted in favor of the student. The student said the incident fueled gossip, lewd texts, depression and a suicide attempt. Understanging Hospice Benefits and Recommended Legal Documents

    in Legal

Lady Lawyer LIve and Margaret Welsh will present this informational show!
As we age, we need to think about end-of-life planning. This type of planning is best done when there is no imminent health care issue and one's mind is clear. While emergency planning can be done, it is best if planning is done well in advance of the need for end-of-life decisions.
Part of the planning that people need to not only includes preparing all their Advance Directives but also understanding what they are legally entitled to.  One of those things is a hospice benefit that they have been paying into for years through their tax dollars (such as Medicare and Medicaid) or through their insurance (including Private Insurance policies and Tricare) or if someone has none of those payor sources (or know someone in this situation), hospice is a healthcare option that will provide care at no charge (unreimbursed/charity care).  Getting “all your ducks in a row” includes preparing the important legal documents known as Advance Directives and understanding what your options are in regards to end of life care so that you can truly make informed decisions and let your loved ones know what you want!

SOS Witches Court locked up Broadcaster Chris Cave Psychiatric Hospital!

    in Legal

The witches court has locked him in a  psychiatric hospital, due to his political beliefs, for over  a month PRIOR TO HIS COMPETENCY HEARING !  He has been  moved to Clark County Nevada Jail. Chris has a competency  hearing today, Friday 6/23/2017 @ 9am Pacific time.  Competency Judge Jennifer Togliatti 702-671-4395 needs to  hear from us that Chris is not only competent, he is  brilliant and this entire patriot persecution stinks of  exactly what the Soviet Union did to Alexander Solzhenitsyn,  author of Gulag Archipelago. The Vicar General is out of  town so we have been referred to Arch Bishop Pepe'  702-735-9605. Call him and respectfully require his  intervention for Chris' immediate release. Chris is no  danger to himself or others; that is the legal standard for  mandatory psychiatric incarceration. If the Arch Bishop  requires payment, ask him to take it out of your Cestui  trust (pursuant to the Cestui que Vie Act of 1666). The case  number for Chris Cave is: C-17-320454-1.
