Big Boy and the Bridge

We've held off as long as we could. We'll start with Chris Christi and his GW Bridge game. Mike will stress that he was born in OK and ignore that he went to high school in NJ. We'll look for what lessons we can glean for the 2014 mid-terms and the 2016 Presidential race. We'll have our own conjectures about whether Christie can survive this mess.

Then there's how media — right and left — reacted. Here we have big issues of personal responsibilty, whether there are real parallels to Watergate and such manufactured non-scandals as Benghazi and IRS targeting. Does the national GOP has any shot at wooing back weary voters with out-there claims and denials?
