Windia's broadcast career began in college where she interned as a production assistant. She later interned for Black Entertainment Television where she worked on 106 & Park, the network’s longest running and only live show, WABC-TV and ABC Network on their hit
show, “The View” where she served as talent assistant to hosts Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Joy Behar. Fueled by a passion for social change and socio-cultural issues she works as a civic and community volunteer and serves in various organizations. She is currently a proud board
member of the United Nations Association-Young Professionals (UNA-YP) and is a member of the International Radio & Television Society Foundation. Windia is also a long-time volunteer with All Stars Project, a Newark, NJ based not-for-profit focused on
providing educational and performing arts outreach programming for inner-city youth; and recently started working with the National Association of Haitian Professionals (NAHP), an organization that is dedicated to assisting and developing Haitian
Professionals in the Diaspora.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Media
