For over 30 years, he has helped organizations transform their cultures and business results using a breakthrough approach to pivotal conversations. In addition to other workshops and consulting services, he facilitates a workshop and coaching process called the Pivotal Conversations Learning Lab. Bill’s firm, ChangeWise, provides Leadership Agility coaching, which includes a focus on pivotal conversations. His June 7-8 public workshop, the Agile Change-Leader Lab, includes a module on pivotal conversations in the context of leading effective change initiatives.
