Dr. Alexander Loyd is the founder of The Healing Codes, a company dedicated to natural healing around the world. In the spring of 2001, Dr. Loyd discovered a simple, physical mechanism that eliminates stress in the body. For the next year Dr. Loyd validated this mechanism through Heart Rate Variability tests: the state-of-the-art mainstream medical diagnostic test for measuring stress in the autonomic nervous system. In 86% of cases, stress was virtually eliminated from the body within 20 minutes. Previous to Dr. Loyd's research, six weeks was the least amount of time any treatment had been documented to consistently balance the autonomic nervous system, according to available literature going back 30 years. The significance of this discovery is monumental. The Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta report that up to 80% of all health care dollars are spent on stress related issues. In 1998 Dr. Bruce Lipton, a cellular biologist at Stanford University Medical school, released landmark research indicating that 95% of all physical and non-physical illnesses are the result of stress in the autonomic nervous system. Dr. Lipton explains that stress suppresses the body's immune and healing systems and causes cells to shift into self-protection mode, which over time leads to illness and disease. Dr. Lipton further stated that the result of stress being removed from the body is a return to health. Since 2001, thousands of clients all over the world have reported healing from illness and disease by activating the body's stress release mechanism with The Healing Codes. The treatment is non-invasive, there is nothing to take, and it does not involve diet or exercise. The mechanism is like "a hidden fuse box" in the body. Dr. Loyd has trained 65+ coaches who work with clients over the phone, guiding them through this simple, natural self-treatment. After being healed from ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) himself and witnessing unprecedented results from this process.

The expression going with the flow is a metaphor that applies to navigating a river. When we go with the flow, we follow the current of the river rather than push against it. People who go with the flow may be interpreted as lazy or passive, but to truly go with the flow requires awareness, presence, and the ability to blend one’s own energy with the prevailing energy. Going with the flow doesn’t mean we toss our oars into the water and kick back in the boat, hoping for the best. Going with the flow means we let go of our individual agenda and notice the play of energy all around us. We tap into that energy and flow with it, which gets us going where we need to go a whole lot faster than resistance will. Going with the flow doesn’t mean that we don’t know where we’re going; it means that we are open to multiple ways of getting there. We are also open to changing our destination, clinging more to the essence of our goal than to the particulars. We acknowledge that letting go and modifying our plans is part of the process. Going with the flow means that we are aware of an energy that is larger than our small selves and we are open to working with it, not against it. Many of us are afraid of going with the flow because we don’t trust that we will get where we want to go if we do. This causes us to cling to plans that aren’t working, stick to routes that are obstructed, and obsess over relationships that aren’t fulfilling. When you find yourself stuck in these kinds of patterns, do yourself a favor and open to the flow of what is rather than resisting it. Trust that the big river of your life has a plan for you and let it carry you onward. Throw overboard those things that are weighing you down. Be open to revising your maps. Take a deep breath and move into the current. Reprinted from DailyOM- Inspirational thoughts for a happy, healthy and fulfilling day. Most people don’t always fully realize that we all have within us the ability to cocreate our lives with the universe. So many of us are taught to accept what we are given and not even to dream of anything more. But our hopes and dreams are the universe whispering to us, planting an idea of what’s possible while directing us toward the best use of our gifts. The universe truly wants to give us our hearts’ desires, but we need to be clear about what they are and ask for them. To ask for something does not mean to beg or plead from a place of lack or unworthiness. It’s like placing an order—we don’t need to beg the salesperson for what we want or prove to them that we deserve to have it. It is their job to give us what we ask for; we only have to tell them what we want. Once we have a clear vision of what we desire, we simply step into the silent realm where all possibilities exist and let our desires be known. Whatever methods we use to become still, it is important that we find the quiet space between our thoughts. From that still and quiet place, we can announce our intentions to the pure energy of creation. By imagining all the details from every angle, including scent, color, and how it would feel to have it, we design our dreams to our specifications. Similar to dropping a pebble into a pond, the ripples created by our thoughts travel quickly from this place of stillness, echoing out into the world to align and orchestrate all the necessary details to bring our desires into manifestation. Before leaving this wonderful space to come back to the world, release any attachment to the outcome and express gratitude. By doing this daily, we focus our thoughts and our energy while regularly mingling with the essence that makes it possible to build the life of our dreams. As a breast cancer survivor I appreciate the power of “healing” from an illness.
When I say “healing” it doesn’t mean when you stop taking chemo or radiation which is the physical aspect of the treatment. Because these kinds of treatments do not have the healing properties, they just numbing or treating the symptoms.
When I say “healing” it means in a sense of “healing” emotionally, spiritually and mentally that eventually reflect on our physical well being and healing.
When I realized that the Western Medicine does not have the capability of healing a patient, but prescribing more and more pharmaceutical drugs that have more side effects than healing properties.
I felt I had to take control over my life to “healing” the wounds.
This was the reason for publishing my book entitled “Making the Breast of It” which is being made into a movie.
I focused my attention on searching for any other alternative “healing”. And I found so many different ways of “healing” without the pharmaceutical drugs.
This is the reason for my radio talk show “Waves of Healing”, where I will be interviewing healers, spiritual leaders and speakers who will introduce us to various easy methods of “healing” ourselves.
So I invite you all to tune in by login to: www.blogtalkradio.com/Lea-Yekutiel.
The show starts on 7/14/09 at 3pm PDT. If you can not listen to them live, you can login at any time that is convenience for you and listen and download any of the episodes for free.
With hugs and my unconditional love.
