Questions-of-Interest: 1) john 18:4 and John 1:38 - whom seek ye, and what seek ye? 2) Song of Solomon 3:3 - saw ye him whom my soul loveth? 3) Genesis 50:19 - Am I in the place (residence) of (belonging to) God? 4) Hebrews 13:14 - we seek one to come. 5) Matthew 11:3 - art thou he that should come, or do we look for another? I will identify the seekers, and reveal the things they seek. Statements-of-Concern: 1) Song of Solomon 3:2 - I will seek him whom my soul loveth. 2) Psalm 55:16-17 - I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me: he shall hear my voice. My response to the word of God: 1) Genesis 28:17 - this is the house of (belonging to) God. Acts 10:21 - Behold, I am he whom ye seek; what is the cause wherefore ye are come? Proverbs 7:15 - the word says, I came forth to seek thy face, and I have found thee. The word of God has found its object, the Lord God Tommy L. Hart. The word of God has completed its initial task, that of seeking and finding God, but for who? Who are the real seekers of God? These things can lead us to a right answer. 1Chron 16:11 - seek the LORD. Ezra 8:21 - seek of him a right way for us. Mal 2:7 - seek the law. Psalm 111:2 - the works of the LORD are sought. Ps 83:16 - they may seek thy name, O LORD. The seekers are revealed (Matt 6:32) - The Gentiles seek all these things: the LORD their God, a right way from the LORD, the law of God, the works of the LORD, and the name of the Lord their God. The word of God has sought and found God for the Gentiles. The Gentiles are seekers of God.
