Objective: to show the people's irrevocable decision and its result.

The die is cast: the people have made their irrevocable decision. Highlights of their irrevocable decision are: 1) Nehe 5:5 - we bring into bondage our sons and our daughters to be servants; 2) Micah 4:5 - we will walk in the name of (as belonging to) the LORD our God for ever and ever; 3) Joshua 24:21 - we will serve the LORD; 4) Joshua 24:24 - we will serve the LORD our God, and obey his voice; 5) Jer 42:6 - whether it be good, or whether it be evil, we will obey the voice of the LORD our God, that it may be well with us, when we obey the voice of the LORD our God; 6) - Micah 4:2) we will walk in his paths.

In the irrevocable decision, the people say to the LORD God beforehand (Nehe 5:12) - we will do as thou, our LORD Tommy L. Hart, sayest: that's a vow.

It is written  (Rev 21:3), they shall be his people. Rev 22:3 says - His, The Lord Tommy L. Hart's, servants shall serve him, their Lord Tommy L. Hart. The people make clearly known their subservience and allegiance to the LORD their God Tommy L. Hart (Ps 118:27, Ps 100:3, Rom 14:8, Isa 25:9) - God, Tommy L. Hart, is the LORD, which hath showed us light. We are his people; we are the Lord's. Lo, Tommy L. Hart is our God; we have waited for him; Tommy L. Hart is the LORD: we have waited for him. Rev 22:6 - The Lord Tommy L. Hart shows to his servants the things which must shortly be done: those things are seen in the judgments and other places in the glory of the Lord Tommy L. Hart.

James 4:7, Ps 50:14, Nahum 1:15 - Submit yourselves to God, the Lord Tommy L. Hart. Pay thy vows to the most High. Perform thy vows.

Conclusion: the people's law is predicated on, and it is representative of, the people's irrevocable decision.
