Neither is this about - did the Gentiles engage in and commit such an immoral and inhumane act as the forced breeding of Africans/black people for profit? They did.
What this is about is - Does the AVB speak on the issue of the Gentiles' conquest and enslavement of Africans? and if so, what does it say, who said it, of and to whom was it said, and what is the significance of the things said?
What is come to Pass? The statement concerning God in Psalm 106:44 has come to pass - He (God) regarded their (black people's) affliction (their captivity and enslavement by the Papacy and the Gentiles).
