Mission: The Real Man Campaign is an outreach to all men who are abusive, violent or potentially violent. We are seeking non violent, positive men for this campaign, who are ready, willing and able to assist in this urgent project. This campaign will not only help countless men become free from this relentless crime, but will help to put an end to the domestic violence crisis that is ongoing in every part of the world, restore families and save many lives. The 24 Hour Abuser Hot line will be a national hot line which will work in conjunction with the Real Man Campaign and will be established to operate just like the victims national hot line, with male advocates as the counselors to answer the calls from the abusers. This will allow volunteer access to help in time of need, versus court ordered, which is too late for many cases. There is help 24/7 for the victims, however, we need a hot line for abusers even more. This Campaign is appealing to all Clergy, Celebrities including Actors, Singers, Athletes, etc., Politicians, Medical Personnel, Military, Law Officers and all others that are considered to be men of positive influence to form a task force. The Abuser Hot line will be publicized via television, radio, internet, billboards, print media, etc and will be accessible via telephone, text messaging, email, chat or any other means of communication. This will give the abuser the opportunity to volunteer to get help before an episode gets out of hand. Benefits of this campaign: Interaction Lives saved Family restoration Volunteer versus ordered Men that are of positive influence are being sought out to stand up and be a helping hand to these abusers who are in need of a non violent mentor...one that can lead them in a new and much better way of life, than the one they are living right now. We have leaders in so many areas, that are paving the way for others to follow...why not for the cause of domestic violence, through a campaign that is specifically designed and targeted to reach these abusers, before another episode, which may very well be the last one for the victim? Special Agent John Wills, FBI (ret.) spent two years in the U.S. Army before serving 12 years with the Chicago Police Department. He left the Chicago Police Department to become an FBI Special Agent, working organized crime, violent crime, and drugs. He worked for 2 ½ years as an undercover agent in the FBI’s first ever steroid sting. He served in Chicago, Alexandria, VA., Detroit, and Houston. Before retiring from the FBI, he spent 7 years teaching at the FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia. He has taught Street Survival domestically and internationally, as well as supervised new agent training at the Academy.
Special Agent John Wills presently works for Advanced Interactive Systems (www.ais-sim.com) as a Field Training Manager, conducting training for police and military using the PRISim Judgment Simulator. John Wills also owns his own business, LivSafe, teaching Situational Awareness Classes. He appears on the NCAA speakers list, presenting lectures to universities on the dangers of steroids and other drugs. Stan Goldberg practically grew up in a black-and-white. As a young teenager in Brookline, Massachusetts, Stan would ride with the police and got interested in Law Enforcement. Stan then started to take pictures of accidents and fires and give them to police. Later, as his interest in police work and his talent for photography grew, Stan went to Photography School and into the photographic supply business specializing in Law Enforcement.
While attending professional photo school in Boston in 1963, Stan took his favorite photo of President John F. Kennedy. Kennedy had been in office for just about three years, and the young President had returned to his home state of Massachusetts for a visit.
Stan caught Kennedy buttoning his overcoat as he left the presidential helicopter and strode across the lawn to examine a site for the John F. Kennedy Library that would be built after his term in office ended. It was a cold, rainy day but Kennedy was smiling broadly as he walked towards the waiting crowd. No one would have guessed that in a little more than a month, the President would be dead at the hand of an assassin.
Stan’s interest in photography grew into a career as he worked his way up in the camera business. But he never lost his love for police work. As the use of digital cameras grew, Stan began equipping police departments with new digital imaging solutions, inventing and fabricating fingerprint adapters now being manufactured by Latentlift.
Today, Stan is one of the leading experts in helping Law Enforcement agencies work faster, better and more effectively with digital imaging solutions, and he manages the first-ever division of Law Enforcement, medical and audio-visual integration for New England’s largest digital imaging equipment retailer, Hunt’s Photo and Video (online at www.wbhunt.com).
