Anny Jacoby- Expert Female Personal Safety Trainer

After surviving her own assault, Anny took steps by turning a negative into positives focusing on her passion to help victims into her life's work. With 25 years of volunteer advocacy she founded her company, The REALISTIC Female Self-Defense Company, www.realisticfemaleselfdefense.com, www.annyjacoby.com; which is based on a " realistic " approach for females to protect themselves, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and ultimately physically; building confidence and self-esteem. Anny is a previous Board member for her county violence prevention agency, a member of the National and North Carolina Coalitions Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault to name a few. Anny is a firm believer that EVERY female regardless of age, has the absolute right to know how to protect and defend herself and deserves the knowledge to do so. It is her mission (along with other Personal Defense Readiness Certified male instructors) to reach out and help as many females as humanly possible teaching and training these valuable skills.
