Keri LaGrand knows a thing or two about making it as a dancer. For the past 20 years she has been performing, choreographing, teaching and mentoring students around the world.

She has worked/performed with Cher, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Gloria Estefan, Toni Braxton, Mark Anthony, Hillary duff, Courtney love & many others.

Keri is an amazing dancer who is proficient in jazz, lyrical & contemporary. She has created the extremely popular Strength & Stretch Class curriculum & accompanying syllabus.

Keri teaches on Tremaine Dance Conventions & is the Tremaine National Performance Program Director.
