    Changed the name of the show from Politics and Culture to Culture and Politics Today, mainly because that's how I kept saying it. Now I have a web address for www.cultureandpoliticstoday.com. It directs to my blog but it's easier to type and remember than my last name.

    Today's show dealt with abortion in the health care bill and the idea of QALY or Quality-adjusted life year. QALY is a system that is used in government funded health care programs for the purpose of cost/benefit analysis.

    Show went well. Handling the goofy intro issue seems to be my biggest problem--that and mentally reminding myself not to use filler words.
