Welcome to Episode 43 of the Launch Ladies Online Marketing Cafe podcast.
This week Meredith has been at Infusionsoft's annual PartnerCon Conference for Infusionsoft Certified Consultants which, of course, Meredith is one.
So in talking about her experience at the conference she was impressed by Social Media "it" girl Desiree Scales, making an impression, being seen and getting noticed, and how that can benefit you.
We also discuss what she learned about "sales" and getting people into your higher priced offerings without having to discount.
Here are a few things we discuss:
1) Find out what they are up to?
2) Give potential clients the pricing pretty early on in the conversation, but give them the lowest price... if they baulk at that, you are done.
3) Don't let them off the phone without making a follow-up appointment - use that appointment to show them your signature system (like Infusionsoft uses 'Lifecycle Marketing') and get them to rate themselves on the different aspects - use those answers to delve deeper.
Don't talk about what you do - or your software - does - talk about the solutions it brings.
