Laugh for the HEALTH of it with Laughing Lady and friends. Today we will be practicing the K.I.S.S. method. That means we will Keep It Short and Sweet! For those of you who may be pressed for time, a shortened version of laughter club may be just the ticket. We will practice some of the 40 Fundamental Laughter Yoga Exercises and breathing techniques to reduce stress and boost our immune systems.
