Presenters are asked to highlight and recommend national program and policy strategies that can be implemented to insure that a greater of number of Latina/o students enter, excel, and graduate from college.
 
The nation's Latino K-12 population is growing each day.  Many educational programs have been funded and implemented over the years.  Billions of dollars spent and we still don't see any major reversal in the drop-out and academic achievement statistics at the secondary and higher education levels. 
 
The emphasis is to highlight the educational programs that they think needs to be developed and implemented to bring a permanent solution to our communities.
