Who Has Moral Authority Today?

Wikipedia defines Moral Authority as authority premised on Principles, or Fundamental Truths, which are Independent of Written, or Positive, Laws. As such, Moral Authority Necessitates the Existence of and Adherence to Truth. 

My Pastor made a statment tonight that if a member does not agree with the way that he is working the plan that God has given him, they need to leave and go find another church.

That sounds good, but is it Biblical? Does the Pastor/CEO have the ONLY Moral Authority in God's House?.....
