With the President in Mexico at the moment at the so-called "3 Amigos" summit, I started to ask myself some questions:

The war on terror has been really quiet lately and I am trying to figure out why. Perhaps there is nothing really happening. The increase in troops there they do not want to talk about. Perhaps it is not winnable. I do not want to say that, but they might not have any ideas on what do do and how to do it. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said ""Let's not do this thing on the cheap," and let me tell you, this will not be cheap in any way.

North Korea is back in the news by saying they are are open to direct talks. I have said on my show that we need to do something very soon. Do I know, or anyone else knows what will happen? I have a better chance to win the Powerball than figure out what is going on over there. However, is this the opening that everyone wanted with them? Only time will tell.

Is the President on the full court press? Or is he running a trap defense? He has been doing "everything in his power" to stop the bleeding in this country. With unemployment almost at 10%, billions spent (and yes! I am including Cash for Clunkers). A war happening and the world watching. Will the gravy train of popularity stop and will it become the race to the bottom? There are alot of regular people starting to think that way and I know this has to be a concern for him.

That's all for this week. My Zips are starting to pratice for their game with Penn State, and it's almost hockey season! I will be a busy guy.
