Can we stop the madness in the Middle East? Now we have the Russians wanting the United States to go to the table with Iran rather than taking the hard line with them. Since when do the Russians dictate policy to us? The bad news is that they might be right on this matter. This mess might never end, and North Korea supposedly test fired missiles durning the week. I had mentioned on my show that since Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize, there might be countries that will use that to their advantage against us. Think about it for a moment: If I am a country that doesn't like the United States and I know that he won the prize, I am going to try to bait him into something to make him look really bad to the rest of the world.

    In other over-discussed non-news.......

Rush Limbaugh got the smackdown form the National Football League this past week. I am not a fan of Mr Limbaugh, however people have to understand he was only going to have maybe 5% of the St. Louis Rams. I honestly think that he would have been totally in the background as far as ownership. Also if he decided to purchase more of the team he would make a good owner in the NFL because he would keep his mouth shut.

The Phoenix Coyotes are 5-2 and and in first place, unlike my Akron Zips who are stinking up the place. "Fear the Roo"?

Stayed tuned for news and updates

    News for September 10th, 2009

The President was speaking to both houses of Congress yesterday and something happened there. In case you missed it, Joe Wilson told the President "you lie". I am not going to say that he was right or wrong, however I will say that this has been coming for a long time. This is the possible end result of all the town hall meetings and tea parties. People from all walks of life are fed up and very angry about what has been going on in this country for years and now it is in plain view. Even a caller from England on my show basically asked what are we thinking here. If Obama wants to help America, it is about JOBS, JOBS, JOBS! I am not talking about $8.00 an hour jobs either. Heavy manufacturing jobs are what's needed. You put people to work and pay them well, they will show up and spend the money. I think that the people who run this country just don't have a clue and the public is totally sick of it.

    In other news........

Afghanistan is a mess. Possible corrupted elections are not a good sign. If this is true, we (and I an talking to you George W. Bush) should have never have gone there, realized that it is a lost cause and moved everybody's focus to Iraq. If it does not look like a "win" then get out of there.

The football season just started and school is back in (Also, the college party school list is out!). Also there is a huge rally in Washington this weekend, so stay tuned!
