Taboo Talk, a Christian talk show featuring Lady Charmaine Day (Pastor, Publisher, Author, Radio Host and Motivational Speaker www.ladycharmaineday.com). Taboo Talk helps individuals transform their mind, body, and spirit utilizing the principles of Jesus Christ! Guest starring Mr. William Thomas. Mr. William Thomas is the author of the book “How It Works”. He also is a counselor and mentor with other twenty five years of experience. Mr. Thomas has worked in many fields of endeavor including the garment, jewelery, and diamond districts. Additionally, Mr. Thomas was the Director of Neighborhood Youths Corps, a city wide program and was the assistant basketball coach with the Association of Black Athletes. Mr. William Thomas was born in Harlem, New York in 1944 and had a village up bringing. Mr. Thomas has had many debilitating illnesses that taught him to keep moving forward and never, never give up. He says it's not what happened to you, it is what you do when it happens to you. Mr. Thomas has a varied educational background where he has studied at the Institute for the Crippled and Disabled, Medgar Ever College, Pace College, and Cornell University Consortium program. Mr. Thomas was homeless for a number of years and found he was down but not out. He says after his initial pity party, he picked himself up and dusted himself off and found work with the help of a close friend who never gave up on him. Mr. Thomas is an self-taught artist who loves playing chess and back gammon. Mr. Thomas has a great green thumb which testifies to an apartment full of home grown plants. He also loves to read and has a vast dvd, cd and book collections.He is now a motivational speaker who is helping others through knowledge he has gained from his education and work and life experiences.
