Creating Balance

For today's topic, we had Initially described it as creating left/right brain balance. We now realize, while that's a great topic for a show down the road, today we want to focus on the foundations of creating balance.

So, along with sharing our own personal experiences from last week, we'll also be focusing on:

• becoming aware of where in our lives we are out of balance
• what's the message in it
• and, what action can we take this week to restore our balance
