It's been a big year for Ohio Machine midfielder Kyle Harrison. The veteran joins Lacrosse Lounge host Phil Shore (Lacrosse Magazine, New England Lacrosse Journal) and talks about what it's like to be a professional lacrosse player.

Harrison rejoined the MLL after not playing in the league since 2009. Harrison was one of the founders of the LXM Pro Tour, and up until 2014 players could not play in both LXM and MLL. Since the merger between the two entities, Harrison was picked up by the Ohio Machine and has been the veteran presence on a young, but exciting, team this season. Five Machine players, including Harrison, are in the Top 20 in the league in scoring. Ohio is having the best season in franchise history, and in Week 12 defeated the Denver Outlaws 23-22 in overtime. Harrison scored the game-winning goal.

Harrison also played for Team USA in the FIL World Championship tournament.

What did it mean for Harrison to don the red, white and blue? What is behind the turnaround in Ohio? What is the future for LXM?
