KGR: Religious Faith in 21st Century America Special SNS

Good afternoon, Kentuckiana Grassroots Radio (KGR) is taking a one epsoide break from the normal interesting topics of current events, civics, and politics to discuss religion, faith, family, God and more. There is a heated debate ongoing in this country about what role religion, faith, family, will have in this new century and we want to tackle it head on. We will probably quote a few verses from the Bible or other religious texts and give our opinion. KGR is not afraid to break the mold and mix up the topics at anytime. We want to look into the present and the future role or impact religious faith will have in the United States. Frankly, we want to hear your thoughts or feelings on the subject as well. E-mail us: kymattsingleton@yahoo.com and in the subject mention religious faith or something to that effect. We also encourage you to call in to the show at: 1-347-637-3086 starting at 5:15 PM Eastern Time.

KGR: Response to Obama Health Care Debate on Blog Talk Radio

    Dear Blogtallkradio.com Listeners,

Barrack Obama had a Presidential speech on blogtalkradio.com on health care today.  I think what we learned is that he is afraid to talk about real words in the bill HR 3200. How about we actually talk about what is in the main congressional and proposed plans in the House & Senate. Mr. Obama wants people to go door to door promoting health care reform which is not real reform, but supporting government run care.
Yes, we want to lower the existing cost of health care, but why would he urge anyone to go door to door we he will not explain what is in the bill.  The Federal government is not capable of running any single agency efficiently, so why do you expect 1/6 of the US economy to be run well by the government?  The Federal government is unable to run the postal service which if you do not know will possibly close 1,000 postal offices and eliminate saturday delivery to homes.  So, why again do we think the government can run health care when it is unable to deliver the mail without laying people off and eliminating service?  So, please check out last night live show on the health care debate from our live townhall here in Louisville, Kentucky,  Check out:  http://www.blogtalkradio.com/KY-GrassRoots-Radio

    In Liberty,

Mr. Holland will touch many serious/fun topics including how the conservative movement should focus on solving problems in the black and minority community. It is time to truly reach out to every person in Metro Louisville and beyond not just during an election year. As conservatives, we say that we do not see color or gender, but now is the time to put those words into action.
