This Week:  Los Angeles poet, spoken word performer and artist Yasamin Safarzadeh is welcomed back to Speakeasy for this episode. Her 2010 collection “Typewriters Don’t Judge” is published by Little M Press, and some of her work can also be found on newsreview.com. Yaz is a regular at the Los Angeles Producers Club where she often performs her poetry with musical accompaniment.


Safarzadeh is studying painting at Los Angeles City College. Some of her work can be found on her Facebook page.
