To feel vibrant in body and mind requires taking good care of self. In this segment I talked about the two steps that are necessary to create vibrancy. Step 1: If you really want to do what you say you want to do you will find the time. Step 2. Take action. This looks simple but it is not. Most of us have habits that we need to change if we want to achieve a continuing state of vibrancy. Step 1 takes mental honestly. If we really want something than we have to own it. I talked about my experiences of wanting to exercise but not doing it. The key for change was when I confronted my habit of not listgening to what I wanted with the same fervor ans I did
