Vibrant After Fifty - Is a Growth Mindset the Answer?

What gives vibrancy to life? Each one of us may well answer it differently. Yet it is something we all yearn for.  We know when our life lacks vibrancy.  By the time we are fifty and beyond for many of us much of our life has become routine.  If we want more vibrancy we have to develop a growth mindset which challenges us to take action to create what we want for ourselves.

A growth mindset is a springboard for taking action. We need energy to take action. There are five areas that we all have to manage: health, work, money, relationships and environment that can energize us or zap our energy. With a growth mindset we realize it is up to us to change the energy zappers to energy creators by the action we take.

We can live vibrantly throughout our life by using our energy to our advantage and taking action to pursue what matters to us. As Buckminster Fuller said: The minute you begin to do what you want to do, it's a different kind of life.
