 In today's show I talked about the value of upgrading  relationships.  If we have relationships that zap energy and vibrancy the answer may well be to change them. We may decide to leave some relationships behind while into others we may put energy in order  to see if they can become more rewarding.  The latter is especially true of family relationships.

There are two kinds of relationship communities: the biological community and the chosen community.  We live at a time where we can choose communities of like minded people.  The internet especially allows  people to make connections with people from all over the world who share similar interests.  Listen to the show to learn more about how to upgrade your relationships.  We all need relationships and by upgrading we can create relationships that enhance who we are and help bring forth our vibrancy.
