    Recharge Your Life

Today's  show "Recharge Your Life" (8.27.09) was inspired by a quote from former Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes. He said "Most people go to their graves with their music still inside them".  When I first read that I felt shivers.  I did not want to be one of the people who suppressed the music inside me.

I believe we all have the music inside us but, sadly, many of us stop listening to it because it will take effort to let it come out. Yet the paradox is that in order to live vibrantly after fifty we have to let our music come forward.  In this radio show I talk about how our lives and relationships over the years have become routine and how important it is to start recharging our lives.  I give seven questions to ask yourself as you make an assessment of where you are and what you want for yourself. Vibrancy and joy in living comes from letting your music soar.
