Vibrant After Fifty is a show for baby boomers and beyond who want to make this the best time of their life. Today (7/16/09) we focused on the need to create emotional energy in order to be able to live vibrantly.  
We focused on the five steps which will get you well on the road to strengthen your emotional well being: 1. Listen to how you talk to yourself, 2. Make room to grow, 3. Become your own best friend, 4. Smile, 5. See what is here.
It is my believe that as we build our personal foundation we are able to discover and bring forth our full dimension.  By strengthening our emotional fitness through taking action we can live vibrantly after fifty.
The next show on Thursday, July 23 at 1 PM EDT will continue with the topic of creating emotional energy.  The discussion will include the need to develop strong boundaries as a necessary step to truly caring about self.
