Breaking up with self-hatred begins by noticing this negative relationship with ourself. Deep down it is common to feel a sense of worthlessness or self- hatred. It is a negative relationship with ourself that forms unconsciously from the time we are born and is reinforced by our internal and external conversations. This program will focus on how to breakup with this sense of self-hatred so that we can discover directly the happiness and freedom of our true nature. Together, Kosi and Francine will examine the negative internal conversation that leads to self-hatred and discuss how to break free of this limited perspective of ourselves and our circumstances that can lead to intense forms of suffering.
