Paula Shoyer, is the author of four cookbooks and is a freelance writer for the Washington Post, Hadassah Magazine, Joy of Kosher, and Jewish Food Experience. She's a graduate of the Ritz Escoffier in Paris and teaches cooking and baking across the US and the world.
