Our guest this evening, Golan Chetrit, was born 39 years ago in Nahariya, Israel, into a Moroccan family. He came to the US in 2001, where he worked as a barista, bartender, cook, restaurant consultant, and more.

He opened his first eatery in 2009, Noi Due (an upscale restaurant featuring Italian dairy cuisine), which he followed a few weeks ago with the very classy Noi Due Carne next door, upstairs at the old Levana's location. His latest effort specializes in Italian, Moroccan and Mediterranean meat dishes.
