    A New Year

I will rise from waters deep to the saving arms of God. I will sing salvation song..Jesus Christ has set me Free.. Hosanna Hosanna to the Lamb that was slain.  Hosanna Hosanna Jesus died and rose again

We have officially enter into a new year.  A new day and new hour, we will never see 2008 again time moves on and so are God's prophecies unfolding right before our eyes.  It is time for us to awaken from our slumber and be about our Father's business.  God's business is not the world's business.  It is Kingdom Business.  The World makes new years resolutions, and are expecting to make self changes.  But God wants to make His changes in us.  God wants to shape and mold us. God through the Holy Spirit wants to give us His thoughts and His words.  God placed us in Christ so that we could be without spot or wringle and be found blameless before Him.  God wants us to worship and praise Him in the beauty of His Holiness.  Lets stop getting caught up in worldly traditions that bound and set us up for failure.  Self change is not a work of the Spirit, it is a work of the flesh. That no flesh should glory in His (God) presence. 1 Cor 1:29

For the new year lets remember:

Eyes hath not seen nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.  But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God - 1Cor2:9-10

But seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these thing shall be added unto you-Matt 6:33

Be ye patient; establish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh - James 5:8

But refuse profane and old wives fables and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come - 1Tim 4:7-8

Abide in me, and I in you, As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye except ye abide in me- John 15:4

Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.  For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. - Phil 2:12-13

Press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus Phil 3:14

What we have gained through the flesh count it loss for Christ. For the excellent knowledge of Christ Jesus our Lord: For whom we have suffered loss of all things and count them dung that we may win Christ.  Phil 3:7-8

    Finally let us:

Lay not up for ourselves treasure upon earth, where moth and rust do corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal.  But lay up for ourselves treasure in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal. - Matt 6:19-20

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:  Who when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it. -Matt 6:45

Let these be our new years desire Hold fast-- The coming of the Lord is at hand
