Lori Finnila: Author and Survivor!

Lori Finnila, author of To All My Fathers and My Brain Injury, will be joining us to discuss domestic violence. Her site, lorifinnila.webs.com, is dedicated to women and children abuse. Her story is heart wrenching. She says, "I was beat up before giving birth. Had my skull cracked and thrown down a flight of stairs. Went into a coma after chidbirth due to domestic violence again being attacked in the hospital and overuse of meds by the medical staff. Ran again from domestic violence. Picked myself up again to write and have 2 books professionally published that are at Barnes and Noble online and finishing another story on domestic violence and trying to bring attention to it." She is currently working on another book about domestic violence and abuse called "My Sister and I".
