The Syrian President, Bashar Hafez Al-Assad, has warned that foreign military intervention in Syria's internal conflict could set off a "powder keg" that would spark a regional war. He warns of severe consequences and retaliation against the West if it happens.

Russia, Iran and China has given the Syrian regime their support while the US, Britain, France and other Western Countries are seriously contemplating the next move: Invade or Not To Invade.
