When the peaceful Arab Spring swept across the Middle East, social, structural and cultural changes were demanded by the people. Some nations in the region made those changes, while others paid only lip service. The ones who failed to move on the sentiments of their people paid, and are still paying, a heavy price.

     Syria is such a nation who is paying that heavy price!

From the Daraa Province, where the "Day Of Rage" sparked mass protests across Syria. There is civil unrest and outright civil war between coalition forces of Syrian Free Army and Syrian National Council versus Bashir Al-Assad and forces loyal to him.

  1. Will this coalition be strong enough to overthrow the repressive al-Assad Regime?
