On our next edition of Crossroads, we talk to Lea B. Olsen of Fox Sports Net in the first of a two-part interview about transitioning from a corporate account executive to one of the very few African-American women sportscasters in the industry. You can check out Part 2 by clicking here. We started our African-American Women Sportscasters series with Danyelle Sargent of the NFL Network, and continue it here.

Lea is currently working for Fox Sports North as an analyst for the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA, as well as reporting for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA. Lea tells us about the some of the high moments, as well as about some of the dark sides of sportscasting. Lea also has a passion for speaking to young girls, and advising up and coming sportscasters about what it takes to thrive in a tough industry.

We will also discover the ups and downs in Lea's career that took place along the way. Find out her road to success on the next Crossroads. What will YOU do at your crossroads?

Be sure to check out our other installments of Crossroads, featuring Kenny Albert and Joe Davis of ESPNU.
