Celebrating Beginnings and Endings

My daughter is graduating from high school and going off to college in the Fall and this month I finish up a nine month yoga teacher training, and I am having a significant birthday ushering in a new decade- these events and several others got me thinking about the true and possible meanings with beginnings and endings.

Beginnings and endings- they are constantly occurring in our lives, but how often do we stop to recognize, celebrate and make the most of them? Everything that is beginning is ending something else, and everything that is ending provides a new beginning. Join in the conversation about ways to make the most of what is happening in life and using these times to enhance and expand what you want to create in your life. Events, education, relationships, work and career, travel, even new weeks months and years- we will talk about all of it.
