The balancing act of the spirit, body and soul begins with a sound foundation. For me that foundation begins with seeking the Designer of all human life, God the creator of heaven and earth. What is yours? I love the this verse written in the Book of Dueteronomy. Dueteronomy 29:29: ‘The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.’ Remember, God sent the Word to the world so that He would reveal the secret things.
