Lianna MacDonald comes from a Communications & PR background, starting on the agency side where she worked on social and digital campaigns, reporting for retail and CPG clients. Here is where she first used Sysomos to provide social intelligence to make informed business recommendations to clients. Loving the product so much, she accepted a Customer Support role at Sysomos.

Four years later, she has had three positions on the client side, including onboarding and managing some of Sysomos’ largest Fortune 500 clients. Moving over to marketing as a Brand Evangelist, to have more of an impact on the brand, Lianna now holds the position of Customer and Advocacy Manager — demonstrating the value and capabilities of Sysomos’ products through clients' success stories.

Lianna is a health enthusiast who loves traveling and being outdoors.
